2023 was a big year for Employee Navigator. A key aspect of our long-term vision for the future of benefits administration technology is that brokers who use Employee Navigator should be able to integrate our system with any payroll company, TPA, or insurance carrier their clients work with. These integrations significantly reduce administrative workloads for brokers and HR, improve data quality, and allow brokers to increase revenue by making it easier to offer additional lines of coverage.
We’re excited to announce that in 2023 we launched 43 new integrations including 25 new payroll integrations 6 new carrier integrations and 12 new TPA integrations. As of January 1st, 2024, we now have over 400 integrations available to the more than 4,000 brokers and 160,000 employers on Employee Navigator.
